12th Annual Clean Water and Stormwater Conference
Significant developments have occurred this year in several areas that demand to be considered by water professionals. The conference will begin with discussion of the implications of the new forest roads precedent. We will consider the impact of the proposed draft municipal stormwater permits 2012-2013 and 2013-2018 on low impact development, as well as major new developments in the criteria for copper and other metals. Local concerns regarding toxic loading in the Puget Sound and development of new fish consumption standards will be presented along with national concerns, specifically changes in the EPA’s new general construction permit.
This annual meeting gathers professionals throughout the industry to share critical updates necessary for environmental attorneys, engineers, and business people concerned with regulatory compliance
