Harris Computer Systems, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., announced that the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management has launched Systems & Software's enQuesta Mobile. This event was the culmination of three months of hard work by many city of Atlanta and Systems & Software staff members.
The key drivers for the project were a desire by the city to implement a paperless work order system, allow for service order dispatch functionality and allow users the ability to create new work from the field for their meter inspection department.
"The successful implementation of enQuesta Mobile allows the city of Atlanta to gain further benefits from their investment in Systems & Software's comprehensive product suite for mid- to large utilities," said Dave Decker, general manager for Systems & Software. "By having real-time access to enQuesta CIS from the field, workers can receive, complete and report work orders, saving many hours of manual entry."
