Oldcastle Precast Adds New OneLift Pump Station Distributor

April 16, 2014

STH Inc. will sell and service the Onelift Pump Station in the lower Mid-Atlantic Region

Obtaining Oldcastle Precast’s OneLif Pump Station just became a much simpler process in the lower Mid-Atlantic Region thanks to a new agreement signed by Oldcastle Precast and the distribution experts at Shafer, Troxell & Howe Inc (STH Inc.). Beginning Feb. 1, Frederick, Md., based STH Inc. will be responsible for the regional sales of Oldcastle Precast’s OneLift Pump Station.

STH Inc., a third generation and market leading engineered water products firm, will sell and service the pre-engineered and packaged Onelift Pump Station in Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia.

"We are excited about this new partnership with STH Inc. because they bring a wide array of application knowledge, and sales and service expertise to support OneLift.  Municipal and commercial market customers now have access to the OneLift Pump Station from a well-respected local source," explains Ken Pasco, OneLift national product manager for Oldcastle Precast.

The OneLift by Oldcastle Precast provides a standard turnkey submersible pump station product with the distinction of having a sole-source point of responsibility.  OneLift is designed with an integral valve vault built into the unused top portion of the wet well, which yields a single-structure product that solves the problems of differential settlement found with the conventional two-structure stations. In addition, the single-structure design significantly reduces the product footprint for sites with tight area restrictions, and reduces complexity, size and cost of the excavation. OneLift, with factory assembled mechanical and electrical components, has proven to consistently reduce the time required for site installation to a half day or less.
