Dropping By #27 | Young Pros 2021 - Carol Wong

The SWS Video Series has a new name. Starting with today’s episode, March 1, 2020, the series is now called Dropping By. It will feature the same content but just have a new look. We hope you’ll continue watching and learning.

In this week’s episode of Dropping By, SWS Managing Editor Katie Johns kicks off the introductions to the 2021 Young Pros. Every Monday for the next 10 weeks, SWS will highlight each member of the Young Pros class in no particular order.

This week, Johns is joined by Carol Wong, water resources engineer for the Center for Watershed Protection. Wong’s job focuses on BMP designs, construction oversight, plan reviews, monitoring plan development and implementation, and data gathering and analysis. She also manages the Clean Water Certicate Training Program.

Johns and Wong discuss Wong’s career trajectory, her job roles, her goals and where she thinks the industry is heading.
