In this week’s interview, SWS Managing Editor Katie Johns is joined by Brian Coburn, the Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s chief engineer of Sanitary Sewers, Pump Maintenance & Systems Control.
The two talk about the construction of a new 1 million-gallon underground storage facility and pump station with 5 million-gallon per day capacity in Novi in Michigan. This project will store excess flow from heavy rains in the new facility from the already existing Huron-Ruge Sewage Disposal System in Novi.
